Cancellation Policy - GrooDeals Ecommerce Marketplace

At GrooDeals, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Our cancellation policy ensures transparency and flexibility for both buyers and sellers.
1. Order Cancellation by Customers
Orders can be canceled before they are processed for shipping.
To cancel an order, log in to your account, navigate to your orders, and select the cancellation option.
If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return or refund based on the seller’s policy.
2. Cancellation by Sellers
In rare cases, sellers may cancel an order due to stock unavailability or unforeseen circumstances.
If a seller cancels an order, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Customers will be notified via email or SMS in case of cancellation by the seller.
3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
If you cancel an order before processing, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5-7 business days, depending on the payment provider.
If the order was paid via cash on delivery (COD), no refund is required as payment was not collected.
4. Non-Cancelable Items Certain items may not be eligible for cancellation, including:
Perishable goods such as fresh produce, dairy, and frozen items.
Personalized or made-to-order products.
Items explicitly marked as “Non-Cancelable” on the product page.
5. Modification of Orders
Once an order is placed, modifications (such as changing the delivery address or items) may not be possible.
Customers are encouraged to review their orders before finalizing their purchase.
