  • The order was not delivered within the promised timeframe.

  • The product is expired or unsafe for consumption.

  • The order was canceled before it was processed for shipping.

2. Non-Refundable Items Certain products are not eligible for refunds, including:

  • Perishable goods such as fresh produce, dairy, and frozen items.

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Products explicitly marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale.”

  • Customers must request a refund within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • After verification, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method.

  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be issued as store credit or transferred to the customer’s bank account, where applicable.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Partial Refunds In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The item is returned in a used or damaged condition.

  • The refund request applies to a part of the order.
