1. Eligibility for Refunds Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The order was not delivered within the promised timeframe.
The product is expired or unsafe for consumption.
The order was canceled before it was processed for shipping.
2. Non-Refundable Items Certain products are not eligible for refunds, including:
Perishable goods such as fresh produce, dairy, and frozen items.
Personalized or custom-made items.
Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Products explicitly marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale.”
3. Refund Request Process
Customers must request a refund within 3 days of receiving the order.

After verification, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be issued as store credit or transferred to the customer’s bank account, where applicable.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Partial Refunds In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if:
The item is returned in a used or damaged condition.
The refund request applies to a part of the order.
