At GrooDeals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process under the following conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may be eligible to return your items if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • The item does not match the product description or has quality issues.

  • The product is expired or unsafe for consumption.

  • The return request is submitted within 3 days from the delivery date.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods such as fresh produce, dairy, and frozen items.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, log into your account and go to the "Orders" section. Select the item you wish to return and follow the prompts.

  • Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team to request a return authorization.

  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Ensure the item is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect items), GrooDeals will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

5. Refunds for Returned Items

  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or transferred to your bank account, as applicable.

  • A partial refund may be issued if the item is not in its original condition, or parts are missing.

6. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

7. Late Returns

  • Returns outside the specified return window will not be accepted unless approved on a case-by-case basis.

8. Changes to Return Policy

GrooDeals reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
